Booking Terms & Conditions

Core Football Coaching Ltd will offer a full refund in the rare event of sessions being cancelled, interrupted or for any wrongdoing deemed to be our responsibility. Refunds requested for any other reasons not deemed Core Football Coaching Ltd responsibility (such as children’s illnesses, transport issues, change of mind etc etc) will not be refunded. Bookings spaces for all sessions are limited, therefore confirming a booking allocates one of these spaces and we staff, plan and hire accordingly based on these bookings. 

Subscriptions

All subscription payments are taken on the 1^st of each month but can be cancelled at any time by contacting us via email. If looking to cancel your subscriptions you must request cancellation before the 1^st of the month and payment being taken. Any requests after the 1st will commence the following month and not result in a refund of that month’s fees. Late and missed Academy payments (on 1^st of the month) will incur an additional £3 administration fee on your next bill.

Non-Bookings & Late Payments

Children who attend our sessions without booking on will face an additional £5 administration fee. Any payments made late (after the start of any session) will face an additional £3 administration fee.
